| In our last issue, we said that we planned to give you an idea of how The Canadian Journal of Geriatrics will be changing. At the outset, we would like to say that the Journal will remain a peer-reviewed publication and a hospitable home for clinical research on aging—especially that done by or about Canadians. Over time, we also hope it will become an even stronger voice speaking up on behalf of older Canadians, a tie that binds us together both across our nation and between our disciplines, and a valuable resource for those devoted to educating current and future carers of our aging population as well as those responsible for implementing innovative health programs to deal effectively with the stimulating challenges of an aging society... |
